- Bank offsite ATM are under E-surveillance for 24 x 7
- ATM premises is equipped with all active sensors. [ ATM door open sensor, ATM Vibration sensor, Smoke sensor, AC, camera removal sensor, Cheque drop box open sensor, battery removal sensor, panic/ help button sensor, QRT, HK attendance sensor]
- With the help of Artificial intelligence, we detect
- Helmet / face mark detection in ATM lobby area
- More people gather in ATM Lobby area.
- Camera tempering by changing camera direction, colour spraying
- Unauthorized person open ATM vault detected, siren will be played and alert will be sent to Command centre.
- Authorized person will open vault using disarm password, in this case it will not play siren, but send information about user who open vault.
- ATM vibration is detected, in case of forcefully hitting ATM machine, trying to remove ATM alert will be send to command centre as well as blow Siren.
- Human presence detected during specific time as defined by bank. And alert send to command centre.
- AC Removal, Camera removal, speaker removal as detected and send alert to command centre.
- Backroom door access is protected with electromagnetic lock and access using authorized password. Information is sent to command centre.
- Housekeeping activity are monitored.
- Days different time photos are stored in command centre.
- Backroom Door can be open remotely from command centre if require.
- Signboard light, ATM lobby light are controlled timely for ON / OFF.
- ATM siren can be blow remotely if required.
- GSM based two-way communication system, used for establishing two way communication with ATM lobby area on requirement.
- Different types of health reports are generated and submitted to bank authority.
- CCTV footage for given ATM and specified Date and time can be retrieved and submitted.
- There will be 90 days CCTV footage at each ATM.
